Side Gill Slugs (Notaspidae)
Side Gill slugs are a type of sea slug, in the Phylum Mollusca, the class of Gastropoda, and the subclass of Opisthobranchia. They are related to the more well-known nudibranchs.
My favourites are the Euselenops luniceps species which are seen during Spring in Sydney roaming around on the sand, often in pairs. They are very cute!

Headshield Slugs (Cephalaspediae)
This type of sea slug, called the Headshield slugs (Cephalaspediae) is limited to just two species that I have seen in Sydney. There could be others but as of yet I have not seen any others. The species illustrated below are also called Bubble Snails. Listed below is the Rose Petal Bubble Snail (Hydratina physis) and the Bullina Lineata bubble snail.
