The Black Tipped Bullseye (Pempheris Affinis) is part of the family Pempherididae, in the large order of fish called Perciformes. Similar to the silver batfish these fish are often seen in large schools in Sydney so thick that you cannot see through them! They are about the size of your hand, silver with yellow sides and black tips on its fins.
