Octopus belong to the class of Cephalopods and are considered the most intelligent of all invertebrates.
As they have no bones they can squeeze into tiny places and can sometimes be seen sitting inside glass bottles on the ocean floor. They have 8 tentacles in total, a beak like jaw, a huge head enclosing all their main organs, and they have large eyes with a similar vision to humans. Just like squid and cuttlefish the octopus can change their colours to imitate their surroundings.
