This calendar is not scientifically accurate as it is just based on my own personal dive logs. The days I dive are mostly on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Sighting probabilities are also subject to time of day (e.g. squid more common at night) and location dependent (e.g. giant cuttlefish are more common at Shark Point) and other factors.

No two dives are the same in Sydney so this is not going to be exactly what you see on a dive.
